1. Introduction

The Urhemped Refer a Friend Program ("Program") is designed to reward our loyal customers for sharing their love of hemp-based wellness products with friends and family. By participating in this Program as a Referrer, you agree to abide by Urhemped Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, along with the additional terms outlined below.

This Program is open to individual customers only and is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any attempt to manipulate, misuse, or exploit the Program in any way may result in disqualification and forfeiture of earned rewards.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• The Program is open to all registered customers of Urhemped who are legal residents of India and at least 18 years of age.
• Business entities, affiliates, wholesalers, and other resellers are not eligible to participate in this Program.
• Employees of Urhemped, their immediate family members, and affiliated partners are not eligible for rewards under this Program.

3. What Qualifies as a Referral?

A "Qualified Referral" occurs when:

1. A new customer (the "Referred Customer") uses your unique referral link to visit urhemped.com and makes their first purchase.
2. The Referred Customer must be a first-time buyer at Urhemped. Returning customers, those who have previously made a purchase, or customers using a different email for a second purchase do not count as a Qualified Referral.
3. The minimum purchase amount for a Qualified Referral is ₹5,000 or more (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and discounts).
4. Only one referral reward will be granted per Referred Customer. If the same Referred Customer makes multiple purchases, only the first purchase will qualify for the Program.
5. The Referrer and Referred Customer must be different individuals. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or referrals within the same household are not eligible.

4. Referral Rewards

Once a referral is successfully completed, both the Referrer and the Referred Customer will receive a ₹500 discount code as a reward. Here’s how it works:

• The discount code will be sent via email once the Referred Customer’s first purchase is successfully completed and not refunded or canceled within 7 days.
• The ₹500 discount code can be used on any future purchase at urhemped.com.
• The discount code cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotional offers.
• Each code is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Unused codes will expire after this period.

5. How to Share Your Referral Link

• Your unique referral link will be available in your Urhemped account dashboard.
• You can share this link via email, WhatsApp, social media, or direct message with friends and family.
• However, bulk distribution (e.g., mass emailing, spam-like posting on forums, or sharing on coupon websites) is strictly prohibited.

6. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity of our Refer a Friend Program, the following actions are not allowed:

• Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself using another email or account.
• Fake or Multiple Accounts: Creating fake accounts, using temporary emails, or referring members of the same household.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Placing fake orders or engaging in any misleading behavior to claim referral rewards.
• Unauthorized Promotion: Sharing referral links through paid advertising, bulk email campaigns, or on coupon/discount sites.
• Violation of Laws: Any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or Urhemped’s general terms and conditions.

Urhemped reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in prohibited activities and revoke any earned referral rewards.

7. Account Termination & Violations

Urhemped reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer or Referred Customer if we detect:

• Abuse, manipulation, or any fraudulent activity related to the Program.
• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Violation of Urhemped’s general Terms of Use or any applicable law.

Any rewards earned through fraudulent or misleading means will be revoked immediately.

8. Modifications & Program Termination

Urhemped reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Refer a Friend Program at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes may include (but are not limited to):

• Modifying the reward structure.
• Changing eligibility criteria.
• Terminating the Program entirely.

Any pending, unused, or unredeemed referral rewards may be forfeited in case of Program termination. Participants will be notified of any major changes.
